Overview

At Namah, customer satisfaction and product safety are our highest priorities. All ropes and gear are certified by internationally recognised authorities and undergo rigorous in-house quality control before dispatch. As our products are safety-critical equipment, special care is required in handling returns and refunds.

This Policy is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws applicable in New Delhi, India.

Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the safety-critical nature of our ropes and gear, once a product leaves our facility it cannot be resold or re-certified for safety compliance.
  • For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be offered for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect product selection
    • Incompatibility with other equipment
    • Personal preferences (colour, design, etc.)

Exception – Manufacturing Defect

  • If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, you may raise a claim by contacting us in writing at info@namahropes.com within 2 business days of receiving the product.
  • Claims must include photographic and/or documentary evidence of the defect.
  • Upon review, if Namah International Pvt. Ltd. confirms the defect:
    • A replacement of the same specification will be provided, subject to availability.
    • If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be considered at Namah’s discretion.

Exchanges

  • Products cannot be exchanged for size, specification, or preference reasons.
  • An exchange is possible only in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect, as outlined above.

Force Majeure

Namah International Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or non-performance under this Policy if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport or communication failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
