Order Processing

  • All orders are processed at the earliest upon receipt, usually within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If processing takes longer than usual due to inevitable reasons, the same will be communicated to the customer.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details once your purchase has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free.
  • International Shipping: Free.
  • Customs duties, taxes, local charges, and import fines (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • Orders can be tracked directly through our courier partner’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that complete and accurate delivery details are provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • In case of unavoidable delays (such as strikes, natural calamities, customs hold-ups, etc.), we will notify you promptly.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect details or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  • If returned, all return charges, penalties, and any other associated charges will be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or non-performance of our obligations under this Delivery Policy if such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or disruptions in transportation or communication networks.
